"Oh! To Be Embraced Without Pain"

Artist Statement:

This painting depicts my grief when I think and dream of my husband's loving embrace. Usually my body pain is made worse by pressure and my husband is sensitive about expressing his love physically because he does not want to cause me more pain. We both suffer so much!
