"Witnessing The Creation of Pain and Healing"

Living with Fibromyalgia is a daily opportunity to re-affirm ones' faith. I feel Pain and Healing are the opposites of the same experiences in many ways. Pain on a chronic level has enabled me to have many healing opportunities. Expressing about this pain has enabled me to move from a life as a Victim to a life as a Survivor. I choose the latter one. Healing for me is a constant journey I live as I learn from this pain. I am humbled to learn through this journey that my life is a reflection of three aspects, Mental, Physical and Spiritual. I try not to fall into the well of self pity. I live a life with Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia does not live my life.
