People with chronic physical pain are invited to submit up to five art images of "pain" art on a CD in jpg format.  If chosen, only the highest quality images will be used.  You may submit photos or slides but a CD is preferable.  Do not send the actual piece of art, but only its image. 

Please include complete contact information - full name, street mailing address, email address, and phone number.  Also, include title of art, media and dimensions as LxWxD.

In addition, you must submit a brief written description on how the art relates to you and your chronic pain.  Please refer to art images and statements on this website for examples.  There is no deadline but the sooner the art is submitted, the better the chances it may be used in the future.  Please submit your entry via email to Mark@PainExhibit.com or mail everything to:
